BIRD to invest $4.2m. in six new projects: The Binational Industrial Research and Development (BIRD) Foundation for cooperation between Israeli and American companies has approved up to $4.2 million in funding for six new advanced technology projects.

Israel's Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Labor released the criteria to participate at the tender for the establishment and management of investment funds in the field of the life sciences. The fund was updated to 80 million dollars and it will invest in 2-3 private funds.
