The Israeli ministry of health published an update for safety reporting within the Clinical Trials Guidelines.

First call to submit applications to CTrials association committees was published. CTrials is the Israeli Association for the Advancement of the Biomedical Research Community. The elections will take place on May 3rd 2010 (Hebrew).

FDA Expands Commitment to Patients with Rare Diseases.Expanding on its commitment to facilitate the development and approval of safe and effective drugs for Americans with rare diseases, FDA is pleased to announce the newly-created position of Associate Director for Rare Diseases in the Agency’s Center for Drug Evaluation and Research’s (CDER’s) Office of New Drugs (OND).
